“This predator had sexually assaulted an innocent child before attacking another. Obviously, he thought he would continue to get away with it. But a brave 9-year-old has spoken up, and now other children will be free from his grip forever, ”Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis said after the conviction.
Eubank was close to the child’s family and had permanent access to the 9-year-old. He sexually assaulted the child, who immediately told a family member about it and the abuse was reported to the Allen Police Department.
