MONT VERNON DISTRICT STATION

COMMERCIAL THEFT: 6305 Richmond Highway (T-Mobile), 10/11/21, 11:49 am A man walked into the business, threatened to forcefully and took property. No injuries were reported.

FLIGHT: 7200 Tavenner Lane block, 12/10/21, 10:29 am A man assaulted the victim and took his property. No injuries were reported.

BREACH OF WEAPONS / DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Eureka Court 8400 Block, 10/13/21, 11:04 PM The victim heard a gunshot and broken glass. A round was located inside the walls of the residence. No injuries were reported.

MCLEAN DISTRICT STATION

ATTEMPTED THEFT: 7900 block from Tysons Corner Center, 11/10/21, 6 p.m. The victim was assaulted by two men who demanded property. No property was taken and no injuries were reported.

FLIGHT: 7200 block of Arlington Boulevard, 14/10 / 21,1: 39 A group of five to six men approached the victim, pointed a gun and took personal belongings. No injuries were reported.

MASON DISTRICT STATION

FLIGHT: Leesburg Pike and Glenmore Drive, 10/09/21, 11:50 PM Three men assaulted the victim and took his property. No injuries were reported.

FLIGHT: 3400 block from Glen Carlyn Drive, 10/10/21, 5:22 am The victim was stabbed and his property confiscated by an unknown suspect. The victim was taken to hospital with injuries that are not considered life threatening.

RESTON DISTRICT STATION

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

BURGLARY OF AN OCCUPIED ACCOMMODATION: Block 7400, rue Beulah, 10/21/21, 12:56 am Two men broke into the residence and assaulted the victim. No property was taken.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION

WEAPON VIOLATION: 9700 block from Ashbourn Drive, 10/09, 10:42 PM A member of the community saw a man shooting a gun in the air. Several units responded and were unable to locate the man. No injuries or material damage were reported.

DAGGER / FLIGHT: 7900 Heritage Drive (Ossian Hall Park), 10/21, 3:17 p.m. After an argument, a woman approached the victim on the soccer fields and assaulted him with a tree branch. The woman then stabbed the victim with a knife in the upper body, took his belongings and fled. The victim was taken to hospital and remains hospitalized. As a preliminary matter, it is believed that the woman is known to the victim and that this was not a random act of violence. Detectives from our Major Crimes Office responded to take charge of the investigation.
