A man from Penndel Borough who sexually assaulted five boys is likely to die behind bars.

Louis Charles Aiello, 59, was sentenced Thursday by Bucks County Judge Diane Gibbons to 49 to 98 years in state prison. He was also considered a sexually violent predator by the state’s Sex Offender Assessment Board.

Based on the length of his sentence and his age, the prison sentence likely means that Aiello won’t live long enough to be released. At the earliest, he would end his sentence at 108 years old.

Aiello, once known to perform in the region as a singer and DJ, was convicted in a bench trial in July for child rape, aggravated indecent assault on a child, involuntary deviant sex with a child, involuntary deviant sex with a person under the age of 16, statutory sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault.

The 59-year-old was charged with sexually assaulting five boys between 1993 and 2010. A sixth boy said Aiello exposed himself to him.

Aiello’s neighbors told a reporter in 2020 that Aiello often had underage boys in his house and invited local boys.

The sexual assaults occurred at homes in Bensalem township and Penndel district, authorities said.

Last June, Aiello was arrested for sexually assaulting two boys. More victims came out later after media attention on the case.

After his arrest for sexually abusing boys, Aiello was found guilty in a child pornography case.
