Psychologist Beatrice Lindéh said taking a few simple steps could help you reconnect with your partner if either or both of you are struggling with mental health.

“Kissing, showering together, or just lying naked in bed together can be enough for a while and will keep you close until your libido returns,” she told Metro.

How to get rid of libido worries

Victoria said there are many ways to deal with your lack of libido, but first, she said you need to tackle the root cause of why you feel this way.

Victoria said a balanced diet might also help.

“Let your touch last a little longer than usual and with intention.

“If you are experiencing low libido we can sometimes move away from these types of intimacy because we believe it will always lead to sex, and so intentionally doing physical intimacy and not sex can help you connect and to feel closer. “

4. Medicines

Many commonly prescribed medications can interfere with your libido.

This includes the birth control pill, medicines for high blood pressure, and medicines used to treat conditions such as bipolar disorder.
