If you want to improve your performance in the bedroom, you can start exercising regularly. Working out has many health benefits, but it can also do wonders for you between the sheets.

When you exercise, you feel good and you feel good. It helps you feel more confident and sexier.

The adrenaline and endorphins released during exercise are also good for your stamina and mood, which is perfect for the bedroom.

Kegel exercises can improve your sex life in several ways. Exercising the pelvic floor muscles helps strengthen your vaginal walls and improve blood circulation to the area, which is important for arousal. Sex therapist Dr Ruth says it might improve your sex life, but it depends on several issues. She says men could benefit more from it.
