Tiwa Savage says ‘sex tape can’t ruin my life’ in new song with Asake
Nigerian music star Tiwa Savage has again commented on her leaked viral sextape, saying ‘it can’t ruin her life’.
The “somebody’s son” crooner whose sextape burst onto the internet on October 23, 2021, has now directly commented on it in an upcoming song with rising Nigerian music sensation Asake.
Tiwa sang in the song’s lyrics; “they planned against me, but the sex tape can’t ruin my life”.
She went on to say “who never fucks, hands up.”
In 2021, the singer claimed she was being blackmailed into paying an unreasonable amount or risking her sextape going public.
In an interview with Power 105.1, Tiwa let it be known that she would not be paying her blackmailer; hence, audiences should expect her sextape as it might be released soon.
“I woke up and I was like no! If I pay it now, and in two months or two years you’re coming, and who knows if I send you the money, you’re probably going to release it anyway, I won’t allow anyone to blackmail me for do something that is natural.
The singer’s sextape was finally released, prompting many to binge her extensively, while many others pledged their “love and support” regardless.
The release date of Tiwa and Asake’s collaboration is still unknown at the time of this report, however, the snippet is making the rounds on social media platforms.
